Walgreens

I usually don't have issues with Walgreens and have been a loyal customer. For years. But today I was not impressed. I ordered allergy medicine for my young child and when I picked it up, all they did was slap a sticker on an otc med. I don't like using OTC for my kids, which is why I went through their doctor to get medicine.

Today I had a very disappointing experience at Walgreens. I came in to deposit cash for Chime, and the cashier, Deb (an older woman), made the situation uncomfortable from the start. As soon as she saw I was making a deposit, she rolled her eyes and started huffing and puffing. She then began complaining out loud, saying there are “500 banks in Vincennes” and that it’s “ridiculous” for people to come to Walgreens for banking. On top of that, she continued to complain about other customers as they walked through the cashier line aisle, saying we need “bigger arrows” because she didn’t understand why people were walking through there. The whole interaction made me feel like I was a nuisance just for being there. I’ve always thought of Walgreens as a convenient and welcoming place, but this

I’m not one to leave reviews but avoid this site for vaccines. After scheduling COVID, flu and shingles shots three days in advance, we drove the hour only to wait in line for 45 minutes and be told their vaccine was expired. The pharmacist and tech were friendly but clearly overwhelmed and said so themselves. We’ve had good experiences with surrounding Walgreens but this is the one to avoid.

The good days for Walgreens are over, as soon I walked the place was dirty. I needed cough drops there was a woman employee (not lady) had them blocked and wouldn’t move. The pharmacy seems like it is never opened and that is any Walgreens.
