My dryer showed an airflow restriction warning, so I called HomeSafe for dryer vent service and I’m really glad I did. Justin was excellent — very thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly with no high-pressure sales. He cleaned out the dryer vents, replaced the hoses on our washer, and did a full inspection. He even found that the dryer vent on my roof wasn’t up to code and had a screen on it, which is a fire hazard. He showed me photos and explained everything. What really impressed me was his honesty. Our dryer vent goes to our roof from the lower level. It has been a misery to our laundry jobs. We also had a miserable mess with the local venting hose.
