Brandon did an excellent job with our pest control service. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He made sure all areas were properly treated and didn’t rush the job. Really appreciate his attention to detail and great customer service. Highly recommend!

Alex arrived on time and as promised for our quarterly service. He knows his business and product and shares this willingly. He explains what he will be doing and why. Always spends time answering my questions. Alex is a great technician and a wonderful representative of the company.

My technician, Brandon, was very thorough and methodical on placement of a variety of traps, sprays, and dehydrators depending on the current need. He always walks through the home making note of entry points, areas of excess humidity, and helps me understand what it is he is using and what it is targeted for. I’ve always had a great and transparent experience with HomeShield and will continue being their customer in the years to come!

Brandon was very thorough and friendly. He listened to my spider and ant problems to understand what my placed needed. The process didn’t feel rushed. Plus he taught me spiders eat their own webs when there’s no food source so that’s why it’s important to always clear webs. I had no idea.

We had a new technician today, Manuel Gomez. He checked in and I advised him to clean around the security cameras, where spiders have webs filled with gnats. He did very well with the spider web cleaning around all cameras, windows and doors. He cleaned around all my flower pots, bbq, patio furniture and umbrellas. We have a large yard with much vegetation and he sprayed every inch of the yard and lawn. I hope he returns for the next cleaning, I am very happy with his work.
