Our plumber knew his business and was efficient and explained everything to us. Best part? They showed up. We had waited an entire day for another company to show, and finally gave up. Called McKeown and they were there the next day, on time. Many thanks.

We are located in Southern California and called McKeown Plumbing because our kitchen sink was backed up. Unfortunately, they could not come for a couple of days so we called. Dial One Sonshine. They came out and attempted to snake the drain which did not work. They said the drain was so compacted that they could not try Hydro jetting. They gave us two options – one was to tear apart our house on the inside to find where the pipe was clogged; or the second option was to tear apart the outside wall and hardscape on the outside of the house and run a new line to the main sewer line. The first option was just over $15,000 and the second option was over $22,000. We decided we needed a second opinion and scheduled McKeown to come out and they did the next day. They had two technicians who worke

I’m not happy with McKeown Plumbing. They were paid for work that didn’t fix the problem and tried to make a case to justify an additional $1,800 worth of more work to do so. Very unprofessional!

Mckeown Plumbing was exceptionally responsive in resolving an error code in our water booster pump. Juan and David are talented, pleasant and patient professionals who took the time to research and troubleshoot our issue: which ended up involving a reset of the pressure differential on our tank sensor.

Replaced the 50 gal. hot water heater in the garage. Carlos did a great job, from initial evaluation to final installation, he was very knowledgeable, experienced and efficient. The entire McKeown team from office staff to field crew worked well together. I've used McKeown in the past and will use them again.
