Homestead Pools

Carol who answers the phone is an absolute sweetheart. I spoke to a few others and they answered my question but nobody has the sweet personality of carol. So far... and it's only been a couple of days but it looks like they've done quality work. And in a somewhat timely manner, which is beyond their control due to lack of supplies. We waited 5 weeks for a liner but once it came in, within the week ish. they installed everything. Took about 3 days total. We're happy now filling up a 40,000 gallon pool🤣🤣

Paid $3500 down payment for replacement liner after hurricane Michael. Never did the work. Filed complaint. Albany did nothing to assist me in recovery. Karma will be served!

I’ve always had great service from Homestead. Staff is top notch and really friendly. I was in the office getting my pool chemicals checked when the conversation with a rude customer was taking place. At no time did anyone at Homestead respond to this customer is a demeaning way. They are great folks to work with and always responsive to the customers needs.

Great service!! I called 3 diffrent pool people. 2 acted like they didn't care if they got our business or not. Homestead was very professional and came out and gave us a qoute just like they said they would. The other two stood us up several times. We definitely will be using homestead. At least their word still means something. Something you are seeing less and less in this country.

This is a small family run business, but don't let that sway you. Mark McCorkle and his son are top notch men and they get the job done! Our older pool pump was going out, a day and a half after talking with Amanda, we had a brand new installed pump. A few day later, we discovered a leak around the filter itself. After another call to Amanda, we now have a completely new dome with new sand, and all other accessories installed and working perfectly! We have tried the chain store where everything is overpriced and employees come and go. We have also used other local and out of town dealers, but our search for pool products is over. Homestead Pools is a great company to deal with.
