My wife and I have been serviced by Home Team Defense since we moved into our home three years ago. We highly recommend this company as the entire staff, from office to field technicians have provided us with great service. Other pest control companies have tried to out bid HomeTeam, but they can't match their services. Technician Austin serviced out home this week. He was courteous, professional and attentive. He reached out to me directly to coordinate the service and took the extra time to ask if I had any specific concerns or trouble spots around the house before getting started. Be aware - they will say anything to get the contract paid. I have been a loyal customer since 2018. I had canceled my termite warranty with them because of the quarterly pest service issues. After 7 months, Chris convinced me to give them another chance. He stated that the termite warranty would restart with payment (1 year). I just received a phone call today that my warranty had expired. They stated that it went by the closing date, and would need to be repaid (after only 6 months). They stated I may have been misinformed and that what the situation. I told them, again, what Chris had promised after we had discontinued termite warranty services. I've had Hometeam service my home for about five years. Their service is great. At times when I times I could not be home, I got notice via text that my service had been completed. When I had issues, Hometeam sent someone over in a timely manner. Their service price is reasonable and they charge quarterly. I wouldn't have it any other way!

Jacob is always dependable and courteous. He completed the treatment in a timely manner and paid attention to details. He is very easy to work with. Our Taex system was used and outside pest treatment also.
