I’ve been using Home Team Pest Defense since I built my home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. They’ve consistently done an excellent job keeping pests under control, and I’ve had peace of mind knowing my home is protected. Their technicians are always professional, punctual, and very respectful of my property. They take the time to explain what they’re doing and make sure everything is handled thoroughly. I especially appreciate how careful they are around my home and landscaping. If you’re looking for a reliable and dependable pest control company, I highly recommend Home Team Pest Defense. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. We repeatedly reported a major pest issue around the outside of our home, and every time they told us that it’s “not their responsibility” as long as nothing enters inside — even though the entire porch was covered with insects. When we asked to cancel the service because the problem was never addressed properly, they insisted on charging a cancellation fee, despite the fact that the service we were paying for was not delivered as promised. We expected a professional pest-control company to take responsibility for outdoor prevention as well, or at least help us understand the cause and offer real solutions. Instead, we received dismissive responses and no meaningful support. I do not recommend this company

We have had Home Team Pest defense for years and all the guys that have come out of been great. But today we had Kevin and he was especially wonderful and extremely thorough!!! He really took his time checked all the nooks and crannies and followed up with me when he was finished. Very happy would highly recommend to anybody
