Been using Home Team Pest Defense for the last three months and have been very pleased with the services they have provided. We had carpenter ants that were coming into our home as well as destroying our water filtration system and Lee came out twice to treat our property in order to solve the issue. Lee was extremely knowledgeable and thorough while inspecting both the inside and perimeter of our home! He gave us lots of tips to help keep the bugs away from our house as we live in a more rural area. Very happy with this company and especially Lee!

I am extremely disappointed with this company. They have already come to my house four times for spider control and the problem continues exactly the same. I keep finding spiders inside my home with the same frequency as before. The product they use simply does not work. I see spiders walking over the exact same spots where the technician applied the product that was supposed to kill them, and nothing happens. I have never found a single dead spider, only live ones. Zero effectiveness. Every time a technician comes, they say that things will get better in a few days, but it has already been a month of complaining and waiting, and nothing has improved. This service has been a complete waste of time and money. I am totally dissatisfied and requesting a refund. I would not recommend this c

Ian was great setting me up and Benton my actually pest control guy has been great over the phone. He serviced my house on closing day and we had some bug issues when we were going thru the stages on buying the home but day 2 and so far have not seen much..The treatment must be working and so far so good. Happy with service and results.. thank you.

Avery is an excellent exterminator. He takes care of our needs every time he visits our house. He provides a personal touch to his service and is very knowledgeable about pests and how best to deal with difficult situations. Avery is top notch.
