Joe answered my call for help at 10pm and was able to message me right away. He was able to get my fridge and freezer fixed within a couple days (waiting on a part) but he was thorough the entire time. Arrived to my house in Scottsdale after being away 3 months to discover my freezer was broken. Total mess. It was July 4 and I only was here overnight. Call this company and Joe Black came right out. He was great. Fixed it on the spot and was a delight to deal with, Very reasonable price for holiday emergency service.

I had an amazing experience with the service for my Samsung fridge’s ice dispenser! They were incredibly fast, knowledgeable, affordable, and, above all, so friendly and kind. However, though I never used Joe's HomeTech Appliance Repair, I have to give him 5 stars due to the manner in which he responded to my initial call for service! (I would have given him more, if possible), Long story short, after I called him to schedule a service call that I Iater ended up cancelling because the problem corrected itself with the passage of time, Joe was the most professional, understanding, helpful, and attentive service technician I have encountered on the phone in the 3 years I have lived in this area.
