We have a home warranty, from a company I won't mention, but that is how we came to know Hometown Appliance. When our Bosch dishwasher had a problem, I called the warranty company, who contacted HT. I was given a date and a time frame, and unlike some other local companies, they arrived right on time. It took some time for the warranty company to get around to ordering the parts, but when they did, and the part arrived, HT again, arrived on time, and not only made the repair, but left the area better than he found it. He had to disconnect the water supply, under the sink, that hadn't seen light in a long time but is now free of any dust. They are by far the best experience we've had in our 25+ years in the Las Vegas valley. I paid the warranty company about $200 for parts and labor.

The issue with my dryer would start with heat then turn off during cycle, was recommended to clean the venting because of lint build. We had the venting cleaned out but the issue still persisted. Andres from HomeTown Appliance Repair came over and found out the issue with ease. Said the sensor was out and he could replace the part same day, carried all parts in his work van. Very convenient! Respectable guy, good energy, no shady character unlike the other technicians

Andrew was great! We sent an inquiry over the weekend and he called first thing Monday morning to schedule and came out same day. He knew immediately what the issue was with our dryer and repaired quickly. He was friendly, professional, neat, and even put the rug down in the laundry room when he was finished. Andrew is wonderful. He answers the first time you call and makes an appointment the next day. He lets you know when he is on his way and is always punctual. I have used Andrew’s services for my washing machine and refrigerator. Andrew is knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I have also recommended him to family and friends.
