Shaun said he guaranteed his work, then when there was an issue he wont respond to calls or texts. Some plumbing was done. Later we found low water pressure, unable to take shower. He wont respond to any messages. He also did some painting and ceiling work. The original work was not very professional, very sloppy and messy. I can not recommend. Will need to hire someone else to redo his work.

Shaun and I worked together for several years and he does great work. He is an excellent repair person and does great remodeling. He’s also able to fix hard to solve problems around the house / office. He is knowledgeable, on time, and definitely wants to make sure you’re happy with his work. He does a great job with plumbing, painting, carpet and floor repair/ installation. I just recently asked for his help again with a carpet installation!

Do not use this person, we paid in full for a remodeling project and only about 25% of the work was completed. It took forever to get that part completed but yet we paid him for all of it and now he has ghosted us for weeks and has all the money, we have tried to communicate with him and he doesn’t respond. He’s very unprofessional and now we have to have someone else come in and fix work that he didn’t do correctly that will cost us more money. This has been a nightmare.

When I contacted Shaun about a water leak he came over immediately that night. First thing in the morning he returned with tools and supplies for making the repairs. When I returned home from work I found that he had also repainted my baseboard that had water marks. So affordable I felt obligated to tip. I’ll definitely be using his services again. 6 STARS!!

On March 4th I paid for the part for him to fix my washing machine. For 2 weeks he kept telling me it was in yet. And then simply stopped responding. I am frustrated beyond reason at this point and if he does not read my messages or see this and making it right i will be filing with small claims court. At this point all I want is my money back or the part that should have been ordered so I can fix the damn thing myself
