Totally incompetent installers for fireplaces, they spent 1 1/2 days trying to install three sections of chimney pipe and totally failed. Never got pipes correctly locked together, under estimated the proper height of the chimney, management was given the pitch of the roof and still showed up with the wrong metal boot , installers butchered the boot to make it fit and in doing so left huge gaps that would have allowed water leaks, did not install tall enough chimney for the pitch of the roof of which they were well aware of, now I have to add pipe to insure proper draft as currently I’m getting smoke in the house. Fast, reliable, and great value. Hometown provided prompt installation services when our furnace failed earlier this week. The service team was polite and efficient - finishing what I thought would be a 8-10 hour job in 4-5 hours.

The reviews I've read are super; I don't know how to top them. We've use Hometown for many years to prepare for winter and do smaller repairs. When it was time to replace the furnace we called Hometown for an estimate on a furnace, hot water tank, air conditioner and asked about vent cleaning. Two other businesses were called but no one could top Hometown for price, product, and excellent workers and office staff. Every job was completely finished in one day. The small crew arrived on time and proceeded to protect our hardwood floors and other surfaces. The word proceeded like clockwork and cleanup was thorough. I have been using Hometown Heating and AC for years. I wanted a way to heat / cool a new sunroom. Eric came and assessed the situation and gave us a great price on a unit. When checking with a friend, who lives out of state and is familiar with this unit, he stated that this unit Eric recommended was energy efficient and phenomenal. Eric’s employees were pleasant and responsive to any requests and checked on placement before any of the installation. It was seamless and his workers cleaned up after themselves. Jen had all the paperwork ready with serial numbers etc for each unit. Absolutely recommend this company.

Did a great job replacing our heating and air conditioner. The technicians were on time, cleaned up after themselves, knowledgeable in answering our questions, and reviewed the warranties with is. They also explained about needing to return in the spring to complete the air conditioning setup. Wonderful experience!
