Experience was great. I called this morning for someone to come check my furnace because my house is freezing. I think my furnace has stopped working...He checked everything out and explained the problem. He showed the pic to me. I ask to see almost everything else and a lot of whys and what ifs. He explained it all to me with a very personable attitude. They will be installing a brand new heating system TODAY. I am so satisfied because it's freezing cold and colder tonight. Thank you Installation went well. They started and finished in a timely manner. Both guys were friendly. They had no problems. I'm very satisfied. Thank you.

Hometown Heroes have been our go to for at least 4 jobs we’ve had done in the past year! Steve, Caleb, Justice and the team are friendly, knowledgeable and great problem solvers (especially on our old home). Their communication is great and their pricing is fair. Highly recommend!

I deeply regret choosing Home Town Heros HVAC. I went with them because of the lower price point on the unit, but I quickly learned that the lack of honor and technical knowledge was not worth the savings. From day one, the experience was poor. The installation crew lacked professionalism and the quality of the install itself was sloppy. It was immediately clear they didn’t fully understand the solution they were delivering. The biggest issue, however, was their incompetence with the thermostat configuration. They improperly configured the system during installation, which resulted in me paying outrageously high heating bills for months. When I called them to fix it, they had the audacity to charge me a service fee just to update the thermostat to the settings they should have set correc

This was our initial time using Hometown Heroes. I am not only impressed with my new HVAC company, but I was thrilled to have Levi inspect our heating system. I found Levi to be extremely knowledgeable, quite thorough, and an absolute joy to work with. He shared information as to simple ways I can help my system work more efficiently as well as alterations we can make to or Furnace to make things better in the future. I will gladly welcome Levi into home again.

I signed up for their routine checks. Had Levi and Caleb out (check HVAC and water heater/ plumbing). Both were timely, professional and did a great job. Levi offered up options to improve HVAC but no pushy sales. Caleb explained the standing issues I had with my water heater (poor initial installation) and offered quotes as well as broke it into smaller packages and discussed what are priority fixes. He came back out the next week and got everything done quickly and looks good! He went above and beyond doing a little extra so everything looked good, cleaned up and made sure I understood all the changes done. Great experience overall! (Also have to mention the office staff was quick to reach out and schedule follow up and worked with my limited schedule! )
