Hometown Remodeling

Several months since Hometown Remodeling completed our renovation. Best decision ever! Interviewed five contractors before hiring Hometown. From day one, Richard (and Patti) did nothing but impress us. The picures are how is looks today (sorry...very lived in !). Extensive renovation. Downstairs (multiple rooms) completely gutted, load bearing wall replaced with a beam, all new electrical downstairs, new lighting, new floors, couple new windows and doors, stairs renovated, upstairs bathroom renovated, hardwood floors upstairs refinished, House is 1961 era, lot's of challenges from asbestos removal to wiring and plumbing issues. Hometown met each challenge without concern. The various speciality trades (electrical, etc...) were outstanding. Cannot say enough good things about Richard's

We used Hometown Remodeling to replace the original siding on our 33 year old home. From our first meeting with Richard through the day Jake and Jacob finished putting up our new siding, we were pleased with the experience. Richard came to our house and talked through the various options available, answering all of our questions without making us feel like we had to decide right away. Patti was always pleasant to talk to when we needed to call the office for information. Jake and Jacob were meticulous with their work and along with Richard, were able to help guide us when we encountered some minor repairs that needed to be done as they took down the old siding. We felt informed along the way and could not be happier with the finished transformation.

After mitigation due to water damage, I spent hours researching contractors. I decided to hire Hometown Remodeling to restore my kitchen. Rob, Richard and his team of highly professional, meticulous, and courteous workers did an incredible job in record time. I needed a contractor who would start right away and get the job done quickly, as I have renters living in the house. The renters work from home. We were all highly impressed with the quality and professionalism of this team. Every email, phone call and text was immediately answered. After much debate about whether we should repair or re-side our 30 year old weathered home in Virginia Beach, we decided to call Hometown Remodeling. They had recently completed some jobs in the neighborhood so we contacted the owners of the homes and they couldn’t have been happier. We were impressed from the very start of the process.
