*update... they did the typical copy and paste response but they have already called prior to my review. After a phone call that left nothing resolved and a whole lot to be desired, I went ahead and wrote my review. There is nothing left to discuss but to save face, they are writing it here that they wish to "speak with me regarding the issue". A simple quote for gutters turned into a 30-minute upselling by Chris! Claiming he can get me the best price and will undercut my current GC on foundation repairs, brick repair, roofing repair, etc. I explained to him multiple times that I do not wish to undercut my GC, and the "cheapest price" is not what we are interested in. I only want a quote for gutters and fascia repair. Didn't stop him, he kept pushing, asking about the foundation warranty,
