My next-door neighbor hired them to redo their roof on a Sunday in January, likely without proper permits. To make matters worse, they set up their trailer, materials, and even a fire pit in my front yard without asking for permission. When I confronted their boss about it, he brushed it off like it was no big deal. His idea of compensation? A $50 gift card to Texas Roadhouse. Edgar, the project manager was great to work with, he was able to come out on a holiday weekend to give us a quote. Financing was quick and easy to get approved. We were on the schedule for a week out, but another customer had to reschedule, so we took their place. So from getting the quote to having the job finished in 2 days. The team was quick and efficient. They showed up at 7am and had the job done by 4:30pm. Even with part of the house having a flat roof. They made sure to have everything tarped so nothing got in the grass. I was at work during the job and Edgar sent me videos of the progress throughout the day. He kept in contact with me letting me know when the job would be done. When I tell you this crew was fast and efficient, that is an understatement. They showed up by 6:45 am and they were off my property by 4:30 pm. They cleaned up so well that you would never know they were even there.
