I lost sleep over my plumbing problem, thinking it was going to be a tremendous cost, and worried of getting taken advantage of. Not with Kirby Brooks. He not only explained what was going on, repaired it...above all promptly, on a Sunday no less. Extremely reasonable fee. Highly recommend. Integrity Mr. Brooks processes. Thank you... Highly professional plumber and I did get the sense that honesty is a real part of his business model. Kirby was not able to fully resolve our issue bc of issues on our end. However, he had the opportunity to exploit our ignorance and chose not to do so. His card is now on our fridge as our preferred plumber.
