Everything went very smoothly and quickly once we got in touch with Damon about our old and failed heat pump. He told us our options and once we decided to replace the heat pump and coil, he obtained the necessary equipment and had it installed in a few hours time. He then reviewed everything done and told us to let him know if we any questions or issues.

We are very grateful to Damon for installing our unit! He is very easy to work with, trustworthy and does a good job. The whole process was easy and very thankful to have heat right before the winter storm! Will be recommending him to family and friends!

Damon arrived on time to service my two Heating Systems for maintenance. The check-up was completed with exceptional attention to detail and professionalism. Both systems were thoroughly cleaned, leaving the area spotless. Damon was super polite and worked efficiently and with great care, demonstrating a clear commitment to quality. The end result was a clean, organized, and welcoming environment that exceeded expectations. He also emailed his maintenance plan which I will take the advantage of in the Spring. Excellent service! Only a 2 hour window given for arrival….not 6 hours like the competitors:( Damon arrived within the first hour and gave a 30 minute estimated time of arrival. He knew my brand of furnace and found a common problem. It was a no part needed fix. I know the competitor big companies would have suggested I replace a whole fan. I chose Damon because he is a Veteran…..he definitely runs his company based on core values of integrity, service and excellence.
