I feel really glad to have found Joshua. He is very knowledgeable about pest control and he clearly provides straightforward honest information. I feel confident he will take the time to identify and treat any additional issues that might come up over the years. He is also very responsive, if anything should come up. Whenever possible, I find it is better to hire an expert, rather than a larger company that might hire inexperienced technicians. I have full faith in his ability to keep our house pest free. Amazing! I called basically hysterical because my painter thought he found bed bugs flowing out of a vent from attic to outside. I called Honest Pest after reading some reviews and was immediately calmed by a soothing voice saying...."probably swallow mites, not a real threat like bed bugs...but they need extermination." Then two days later he arrived, friendly, calm, competent. Sprayed with a smile! He said he'd gladly return if I saw any bugs. I highly recommend this company and frankly I'm hard to please! THIS PLEASED ME!
