Toilets were not flushing. Contacted company and they had someone come out within a couple hours. John diagnosed the problem quickly and remedied it. Prompt service yes, however when they disscovered a septic tank on my property that I did not know I had I needed to purchase a riser to put on it to bring it above ground level the one they told me would be good enough was too low now my basement is flooded with sewage
