Hoock's Heating & Cooling

First let me express how thankful I am that I called Hoock’s Heating and Cooling. I wanted a mini split for my garage.So I called and scheduled 3 companies to give me bids for the job. My wife and I do appreciate the aesthetic part of things I may ad. I met with all three representatives and expressed what we wanted and how we wanted it. Russ the owner of Hoock’s was very accommodating to our needs-the other two salesmen made excuses on why they couldn’t do the install the way that we wanted. All that I expressed to all three parties was that we just got new siding and so we wanted a minimum footprint on the outside of our home of conduit so that it would be aesthetically pleasing. Russ went above and beyond to answer all my questions, listen to my concerns, and make sure I felt confident in my decision. He made the whole process smooth from the start. Rick and Alex did a fantastic job with the installation. They were professional, friendly, and took the time to walk me through everything. The install went well. Russ' supervision, and the crew did a good job. Rick was very careful on the inside and very attentive to the care of installing the unit... offering to clean and take care of newly painted walls. Alex took greate care outside installing the unit. I recognized that he has a wonderful demeanor in teaching... explaining the process in a clear and informative manner to Riley!

Exceeded our expectations. They were knowledgeable and efficient. They seemed to care about the job they were doing. Rick* was patient and thorough when explaining the work that had been done and how to use the thermostat. Highly recommend!
