King's Excavation and Land Management

This is our first time as the GC for our home build. I reached out to Kings for a land clearing quote. James was prompt with his response and very personable. The price he gave was fair and we decided to award him the job. We communicated often and he kept us up to date on the progress. King was very efficient and did an outstanding job clearing the lot. I was satisfied with the whole experience. With that being said James had offered other services for the build up to being ready to frame. At the time we thought we were going to use someone else and when I told him that, he didn’t get an attitude or try to persuade me, he simply said let us know if you need us. I had an issue with the build that James had nothing to do with but instead of saying it wasn’t his problem, he helped me fix it

James and his team went above and beyond to help answer questions meet during the excavation meetings to ensure all details were answered and worked great with our foundation contractor. They also cleared the land and took care of all the tree demolition clearing the way for our new homes to be built. Nice clean work!

If you've been looking for a contractor to put in a pond/lake or fix a road, congratulations - YOU'VE FOUND THEM. I had King's come out and bid for a lake along with three other builders over the summer. Their bid came out right on the middle on price, without having me compromise on quality. After meeting with the team and discussing the project in detail, it was clear they knew their stuff and were the real deal. They turned a heavily wooded valley into the lake we've been envisioning for years but never thought we'd be able to pull off. I can't say enough about King's Excavation and Land Management. James came out to our property within a week of us contacting his company regarding our pond. After determining the issue, James gave us his recommendations and a proposal. Upon mutually agreeing to a plan and paying a deposit, James had the required equipment and materials on our property within days. James has a hard working crew that works extremely well together. They had our pond emptied, repaired, and refilled within four days. Two of the four days were for dropping off and picking up the equipment that was necessary to complete the job.
