Just got my building completed. Hoover buildings is by far the way to go. From customer service to the team of builders. Customer service at Hoover is the best I've experienced in a long time. Mr. Ronnie was a pleasure to work with. During this process. The builders were here on time and cleaned up daily. They answered all of my questions. Their workmanship is outstanding. From the window placement to every screw being line up perfect. Land prep was done by Warner Grading. Kevin the owner was up front with the cost and the work was outstanding. If you are on the fence with going with Hoover. Don't be. You will be happy with the experience.

The folks at Hoover are great to work with. Ronnie was patient and answered all my questions while we were shopping around and trying to figure out exactly what it was we wanted. He offered suggestions based on my needs, which were great. Once we settled with Hoover, as they were the most responsive and easy to contact, things started moving. Granted, due to backlog, we were about 4 months out before they could get started. That was not uncommon as just about every contractor said the same thing. Once they contacted me to let me know they were coming it all went fast. The crew was professional and kept everything picked up. After coming close to ordering a building on-line, the quoted price changed and I was un-easy about it like it was a scam. Hoover buildings was about 3 miles from my home, and they had been there all my life, so I stopped by. The staff was friendly and I was able to meet with Ronnie the sales person and talk face to face with a person. Ronnie was able to customize a building to my budget. I asked questions and not just got a verbal answer but we walked into one of their buildings to see the answer. When I walked out that day , I had a contract in my hand that stated everything Hoover was going to build for me and everything the building would cost including concrete, which was important to me because I only had to deal with one contractor. Ron and Gary, we thank you for all the attention and detail from taking a small, 12 year old barn and converting it to a much larger, architecturally pleasing barn. While this offered up a number of challenges, you were able to keep everything on task at a high quality. We could not be more pleased with the end result. You handled everything from permits, grading, design, engineering, and all the main little details in between. Thank you for accommodating us in such a professional way. Excellent product, knowledge, and service! I have an original pole building (Pole Barn House) from the 80’s that had been abandoned and fallen into disrepair but was sentimental. I was unsure if it could be saved, but between Ronnie Hoover and Marty Ballard, they had answers and solutions. Ronnie helped me re-design some of the original 80’s design issues to mitigate erosion problems and Marty knew what needed to be done after the metal was removed and he assessed the structure. Both Ronnie Hoover and Ballard Construction were patient with the many questions I had and did very well at explaining the process.
