I had roofing, gutters, downspouts done on my home. The work was outstanding (5 stars), the crews did a great job of protecting our landscaping and we were impressed by their cleanup efforts. The only issue we had was regarding communication. Once the process began, communication sort of stopped unless we initiated it. Overall though, the work was great and I would highly recommend them for the work that we had done. The communication was not a deal breaker, just a nuisance, but when we did talk with them, we got the information we needed. Wish the communication was better though. We were very happy with the end results - roof looks great, gutters are awesome.

BUYER BEWARE...They installed a new roof for us in December 2021. Getting them back to check out a leak has been impossible. Left two voicemail messages, received no response from them. So, I called a third time and got the receptionist. She told me they'd be at my place to check out the issue on the Monday or Tuesday before Thanksgiving. No show, no call to explain or reschedule. Called them back, she told me they had been delayed getting back from an out of town job. I told her it was important as I had a leak and was getting interior damage. Apparently they didn't care. Said they would be over on Thursday or Friday. No show, no call, no follow-up. On my fifth call to them, I was told they "had me on their list" but they had been shut down by OSHA due to an accident. Jake Hoover and his crew are very professional and responsive to your needs. We had hail damage on our roof and siding. The entire work crew was considerate of my property by keeping everything neat and free of debris. All of his crew are polite and responsive to all requests. An A+ locally owned company. Would use again without a doubt. Very happy.
