Our Terminix technician, Shaun has been amazing. He first showed up for us during an emergency, and we’ve trusted him to maintain our Airbnb ever since. He’s reliable, professional, and truly cares about the job he does. What really stands out is that he even reaches out to check if the house is available so he can treat it at the right time — that kind of consideration means a lot as a host. We’re so grateful for him and the peace of mind he gives us!

Terminix has been the best pest service we have ever used in our 42+ years of marriage & homes. We currently have home inspections & the crawl space lining. Reliable, trustworthy & we have ALWAYS had respectful & professional techs. Mark (our current tech) is as well!!! We love him!!! Always on time, friendly, respectful, informative, professional etc. Customer service via phone has always been top notch too!!! We have suggested many folks call Terminix over the years & will continue to!!! Best around!!! AND the owners are wonderful people!!!

Adam has always been very thorough in his inspections and always willing to do a little extra to make sure our house and garage are secure. He responds to specific concerns when they occur in between inspections. He is always prompt for appointments; when he is able to arrive earlier, he gives us a call to let us know. We appreciate his attention to details, his clear explanations, and his positive attitude and manner. We really feel taken care of. Since we live in the country, that is important.

Will Thornsbrough was actually early. I was at work and seen him through the Ring doorbell. He kept himself busy doing the outside traps until I arrived home. He was personable, made sure not to make any messes and was able to accommodate my dog. Very happy with his professionalism.
