Absolutely horrendous experience at Hope Kitchen. Their customer service is just awful. (I am sure all the good reviews here are paid for.) None of the staff was helpful and they don't really return phone calls by claiming they were with other customers (as if I wasn't a customer too) and they didn't have any cell phone services all day. The only time they were nice and reach out to me was when they wanted my credit card info. That was not the worst part. They came to pick up our bathroom sink for the template and they lost it. They never showed up on time. And the installation was horrible. They made a big hole in the wall, didn't caulk it properly, left marks everywhere they even had to take back the island countertop to the shop to fix it. It was so bad that we were ready to d

I had a full remodel of my kitchen by Hope kitchens, New Rochelle. There are always hiccups in any type of renovation, and I found Hope Kitchen to address it and to fix it promptly.. My kitchen looks beautiful and that’s what counts. I have found no issue with their customer service. I Have a large kitchen so this is just a sample. I am not paid for reviews. This is the second kitchen I've done with Hope and as usual they knocked it out of the park. I worked with their Designer Tiffany, who helped us design a kitchen that would work with both our budget and style. We also used Hope for our countertops and installation. Very respectful of our house and they came prepared. Highly recommend that if you're looking to redo your kitchen, make Hope the first call you make.

I had a great experience working with Benny and the team at Hope Kitchens. They installed our new cabinets and countertop quickly and did an excellent job. Benny was always easy to reach, responding to calls and texts right away, which made the whole process smooth. The pricing was fair, and overall, I’m really happy with the results. Later on, we had a few issues with some cabinet doors, but Benny took care of them right away. I highly recommend them!
