To pay through the website is horrible. Half the time when you submit payment it will stay on the same page so the payment won’t go through. As much money as they make you think they would have a better website system.

The fiber for $99 a month is great never had an issue BUT their customer service is terrible I honestly have considered switching providers because of it but the fiber optic is great like I said. Super hard to get anyone on the phone and if you have any concerns about your service or pending instal it honestly will not be answered. They will provide you with an excuse and leave your questions unanswered every time.

I think it’s SAD the City customers can’t get the new internet. We have been paying internet in the past. They just dropped us to join in with the county. The county gets all the privileges even when it comes to property taxes. We pay county taxes but they don’t pay city taxes. Our county taxes are much much higher than city taxes. It’s a shame.

We live in a very rural area and had to wait about a year for the fiber internet to come to our area after moving from out of state. It is now mid-September and we've had the service for 6 months now. Today was the first time we've had a issue and had to call due to an update that was being performed. The update took longer than expected which was the only reason I noticed (7:30ish on a Saturday morning). I called tech support and they explained the situation and gave an estimated time of completion of possibly up to 2 more hours. I checked within one hour and it was all good. I work from home right now Monday through Friday and desperately need it to always be there.

HORRIBLE service!!! Constantly buffering, freezing and completely shutting down. Paid a lot of money for the NFL Sunday Ticket and can't watch a single game without missing most of it due to this. Useless for streaming, not a big gaming household either so that's not an issue. I only have 2 TV's being used and no computers! I am in the middle of downtown and am told it's the fastest package I can get in my neighborhood! This is unacceptable and I will be shopping for Internet elsewhere!
