Hoppy Heating and Air

My experience with Hesli from Hoppy Heating and Air was great! He performed a seasonal tune-up for my gas furnace. His arrival time was precise, he spent sufficient time checking the system and provided very detailed information. On top of that, the tune-up cost only $39 - I’ve used other local companies before, and they charged me about four times more for the same service.

Hoppy Heating and Air installed two new AC units and coils at one of my rental properties during a renovation. Their quote was very reasonable and even included 10 years of maintenance on both units, which is a huge plus. They sent two crews out and finished everything in a single day. I’ve been using Hoppy Heating and Air for about seven years now, and they’ve always been dependable, professional, and fairly priced. I highly recommend them for any heating or cooling needs!

My furnace quit a week or so ago. I went to google to find an HVAC repair company. I read the reviews and texted Hoppy. I received an immediate response. Set an appointment, which I had to reschedule. Hesli ,the repairman, came and did a complete inspection of my furnace. I found out that my furnace was 21 years old. Hesli showed me ALL the problems with my furnace. Told me what it would cost just to replace two main components. I decided that I wasn't goung to put a bandaid on a gashing wound. Dalton the sales rep came and it was like we were old friends. So polite, so thorough and ge never once pushed a replacement furnace on me. He told me of my options, and said we will go from there. I will be getting a new furnace from Hoppy Heating and Air

Hesli was very thorough and efficient. He took care of an issue with the humidifier on my furnace and adjusted the gas pressure. I will definitely call him when needed. Thank you Hesli. He set me up with a 2 year service plan. They will come back 2 times a year at no charge on this plan Highkr recommend this company

I am very impressed with Hoppy Heating and Air! When you call in, their customer service team is friendly and always helpful! The technician I had out to my house, Chris, was knowledgeable and very detailed in explaining everything that he found, right and wrong, with my system. They are not pushy or trying to just make a sale. Hoppy truly cares about taking care of their customers from start to finish. That is why, I am a Hoppy customer for life!
