We have been remodeling the main bathroom in our 100+ yr old home, and during the course of our work, our cast iron sewer line broke open. The GOAT was able to send a technician out the next day to assess the work and give an estimate. The following day, another technician arrived to complete the job. The damaged line was cut out and replaced within about 5 hours, and everything looked great. About a month later, we realized that the technician had accidentally cut into our sub pump drain line, and it was leaking. Again, The GOAT sent a technician out to cut out and replace the damaged pipe, with no additional charge. Alec South is a very honest and hard working employee. He shows up with a great attitude! He is very thorough with his work and doesn't slack off. If there is a problem, he can fix it. He has showed up and found the probably almost immediately and got it done quickly.
