We just had a wonderful service experience with the Horizon Chimney company. Josh was our tech at our appointment and he was above and beyond. It was nice to see respect and thoughtfulness when one enters your home and they lay down cloths on the floor as not to drag in all the snow, dirt, and rock salt! Josh was very very educated on inspecting our chimney, we wanted to start burning wood in our chimney but decided we had best have a professional look at it first since we had not used it in so long… Josh found a crack in our chamber , they snake a camera in the chimney to ensure nothings missed, and even went outside to visually look at the chimney and had we started a fire it would have been a pretty horrific end ing, It was a pretty good size crack . Mike and Wayne did a great job cleaning the flu of my pellet stove in our appointment. Very thorough, warm And pleasant guys, very professional. I appreciated Mike vacuuming out the stove as well, today, as my ash vac needs repair or replacement and hasn’t been working well and also Wayne giving me advise on cleaning the vac and changing the filter. He filled the hopper and left the stove running, making my living room cosy. Have been a Horizon customer for years now! Thanks guys!
