Great customer service. The staff helped me with my irrigation parts that I needed.

First, let me tell you about myself, I have been in the nursery business for around 29 years, and I have been doing business with many different pipe and irrigation suppliers around the country for many years. The first time I visited this place in apopka, I was in mid November 2024. I noticed the staff was kind of moody, both guys helping other customers ahead of me. I thought that was something abnormal, but after visiting this place for about 5 times, I realized this is the way they help customers. Last time I was there, there was a staff member helping me to place a order on the counter, when I ask if they could cut one 4" pvc pipe in half in order to fit on my truck (just one cut) he answered to me in a very unfriendly way.
