Horizon Pool & Patio

The guys at Horizon are top-notch. Highly knowledgeable. They have helped me a few times in the past but today I am especially grateful to have them in the neighborhood. Special shout out to Jess he told me exactly what I needed to do to repair a busted union nut in a tricky situation. It feels good to be able to tackle things on your own as a home owner . It feels even better to save $. Will highly recommend Horizon pools to anyone looking for anything having to do with pools. Thanks guys.

This is a locally owned family business. I have been using them since 2012 for pool repairs. They are an excellent business, very friendly, and very responsive. My pump just went down and I had them upgrade my whole system. Because the pump was down, they came out quickly to repair the pump. They gave my system a total overhaul but only recommended what they felt need to be replaced. In others words, there were valves and actuators that I thought needed to be replaced that they told me was not necessary at this time. There were also a couple of items that they discovered after the pump was back on line that they repaired and did not add to the invoice. Very reputable company and I highly recommend them.

Horizon re did our pool & spa re-surfacing with new tile added and a spillway from spa to pool - working alongside Pup Pavers (see photos). Jesse was a pleasure to deal with and couldn't be more helpful. He frequently rode the long distance from Wellington to Jupiter to show us samples or help us with a decision. They were on time and a good price for quality work. I think this is a family business, so he has a vested interest in making sure the service is A+. His team were efficient, friendly, polite and fast (very important when the plaster is drying and has to be in place effectively). We had a small issue with the (step) tile guy and Jesse took care of things immediately. I had worries because we are not experienced with pool (curing) work but - again - Jesse made sure I wasn't worried

I am proud to say that the last 25 years I’ve been going to Horizon Pool to get my pool tested and the staff and everyone that works there knows what it takes to keep your pool looking good and clear with the right chemicals and balancing and service has been fabulous every year as a family own business they are truly what family owned business supposed to be. We are so fortunate to have a full service company like Horizon Pools taking care of our pool. The resurfacing job with Pebble Tec they did for us a few years ago continues to sparkle! Most recently, they put in a new salt system, and when there was an issue, it was fixed quickly and now works perfectly thanks to the usual awesome work by Jesse. Finally, we developed a leak in a jet that was patched and looks great thanks to the artistic work of Oscar. From outstanding front desk and testing work by John and Chuck to a great office staff, Horizon Pools is the total package. They all know their stuff, never over charge, are knowledgeable and genuinely care about their customers. We cannot recommend them more highly to anyone with a pool.
