BEWARE!!! SCAM ALERT! These people are absolute CROOKS!!! If you want to enjoy your evening in downtown, do yourself a favor and park somewhere else!!! I’m a fair person, but these people are clearly out for your $$$. My partner and I parked at the garage a little after 7:30 pm on a Sunday evening. The sign out front said $15 flat fee. We still found that a bit steap considering we were only planning to be out for 3-4 hours, but decided to go for it. We have a wonderful evening, return to our car around 11:15 pm and see that the entrance is closed, which was surprising as there was no warning of such thing when entering the garage. Luckily we saw a sign that said you can enter from another street, and was relieved to find that we can exit there as well. We arrive to pay, expecting to pay

Rip off parking with no wiggle room for negotiation. I got here early because I learned of the early bird. And as I was driving trying to read the sign, I saw $12 before 9am, so I pulled in. After a day in court nearby, we decided to go out for a quick bite to eat. I returned to my car at 6:20 and exited the garage right at 6:30, only to find out that they were now charging me $48 (because you have to leave by 6:00pm for the 'Early Bird' price.) When I complained to the attendant, she rang me through to some mystery man on the end of the intercom who said there was nothing they could do for me. Thus, this 1-star review. I would look for other lots if you want to park downtown.

Was summoned for jury duty and almost didn't park here based on reviews. It was only 10 dollars to park a few blocks from the court house. I was able to park on the first floor and exiting was a breeze. I kept my parking receipt on me and left a clean and empty car. No broken windows, no sign of homeless people, and urine odors, but I didn't need to use the stairs. There was construction going on so it created a small challenge walking to and from but it was half the price of parking lots further away. If you're serving Jury Duty dial this place in.

Parked here on January 31 and thought, "Hey, $22 for the night is okay, and it's $48 max per day." That's not what happened. I was charged $62 for 13 hours of parking. I could have used any hotel's valet parking for half that. Did I do something wrong? Nope, because the sign is misleading. TL;DR DON'T PARK HERE. You'll be overcharged. Read the reviews, they are the opposite of glowing. I stopped by to see the attendant the next day and she was confused and not able to help. I sent an email complaint to the company and received no answer. Parking in San Diego is a cartel of three operators: ABM, ACE, and LAZ. This lot is operated by ABM.

We parked here because the Melting Pot directed us to. The entrance we came in at led to a portion of the enormous space that was creepy, empty, in an unsafe area and had an elevator that was blocked off. There were no signs telling us how to get to different streets, or directing pedestrians at all, and one floor we took the stairs down to was a complete dead end with no one on it at all. We tried interior stairs and they all seem regularly used as a toilet. We finally found some outside stairs fronting the street we needed to be on. At street level is is not a safe feeling area at night, and there are quite a few unhoused men. It was very far from our restaurant, the mall it's detached to is defunct, and overall it's just a yucky place to park. And for that pleasure, we paid $40 for 2-3
