I definitely didn't appreciate being cut off on I-5 this morning by one of your drivers. (No I could not get his truck number, as I was busy avoiding a dangerous disaster due to his lack of safety driving skills!) I come from a family of 4 generations of Truck Drivers, Haz MAT, logging etc and I am married to a 40+ year truck driver. Safety should always be #1 priority. Your driver's driving habits are a reflection on your business name. Today your business name means dangerous with poorly trained drivers. I know how to share the road with Semi drivers. Today I was forced to hard brake and honk to be seen by your driver who then pulled back into his lane only to change his mind and force his way in front of me anyway, during heavy morning traffic. This driver showed no regard for safety,

Had a rock come out of a side dump and destroy my windshield. I called and they said there is GPS in the trucks so they could track location. They also said they tarp their loads so this kind of thing doesn't happen. Waited for a call back for five days and heard nothing, when i called back i was told they had no trucks in the area at the time. Well the truck clearly said HOS Bros. on the side and the load wasn't tarped. You guys might want to check your top notch drivers before making statements like that. Thanks for owning up to your mistakes.

If I could do a lower review I would. This company damaged my windows, paint, and headlamps and spent three weeks messing up the Safelite contract for window repairs, they have told me to pay for the paint and headlamp repairs and contact them for reimbursement. They stated that a rental car would only be reimbursed after I self-pay for it because “no company would allow them to pay for it”. The company takes on average four days for a response to an email that doesn’t include an invoice for repayment, lord only knows how long one with a bill would take. They admitted fault and need to repair car but have spent weeks with minimal response and submitted incorrect contact info for me to Safelite creating a further delay in services. Reckless driving I recently encountered a troubling experience with one of your gravel trucks today. The driver, unfortunately, displayed highly reckless behavior while coming from Lake Stevens. Not only did they fail to slow down when merging onto the trestle where there’s a yield sign, but they also changed lanes without using a single blinker. This kind of driving poses serious safety risks and warrants immediate attention.

Almost got hit on the highway today multiple times. When I switched lanes they sped up and almost hit someone else. Wasn’t gonna leave a review until I saw that apparently safe driving is a huge issue for this company.
