These guys are Amazing in my opinion, and I am happy to have found a trustworthy contractor to handle maintenance, make ready and repair issues! I had a make ready on one of my duplexes that needed to be completed quickly and they were on it. They completed the job in a timely manner and at a fair price. The service has been top notch, they have been great at communicating with me, setting the expectation on pricing, and follow through of the job. Thanks guys!

Unreliable, unprofessional and overpriced. He quoted me $5700+ to do some repairs in preparation for selling my home. $60 to change a lightbulb. He would charge you $10 to remove a nail from your wall. Once he realized I was doing a lot of the repairs myself in an effort to save money, he bailed out even though the painting wasn’t done and the carpet wasn’t laid. He wants a windfall from his customers and can’t seem to survive on $330 per day for his work.

i recently purchased a home and chris and his team did an awesome job on the items on the inspection list and installing my new floors and replacing the handicapped toilet and back door. as a veteran - i appreciate that chris understands that i'm very detail oriented and doesn't take offense to my many many questions or requests for clarification- this comes in handy since i was in the process of moving in from the dallas area....i'm recommending him to my battle buddy moving down to the same area next month. word of advice for any dealings with any vendor - be detailed in the list process and verify room measurements.
