Both Hospitality and another company, JE Lucas Properties, registered to the owner remain in good standing according to the SC Sec of State database. Also, Trane, which also makes American Standard, sued Hospitality, the owner and his wife, a csse settled for $263,914.01. When I was on the hunt for a new HVAC system a few years ago, Hospitality Hearing & Air had the right person meet me at the house and I paid almost $9,000 for a new system. They perform 2 free inspections/check ups on your system to prevent issues during the hot summers or cold winters. I shared with the person who scheduled my check up that my schedule wasn't flexible due to my cancer treatments. I moved things around to sit at a house for 6 hours, waiting on them, but no one ever called me back (I checked in after hour 4), so I texted the phone number left on their voicemail. As you can see from the text response, he wasn't hospitable at all. No apologies, no remorse for making a customer of several years wait, when I could have been doing things more beneficial to my well being... I

A picture is worth a thousand words. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST. Was with these cats for 3 years no problem but had my dad AC repaired but pan overflowed after new system causing the Ceiling to leak they came back to repair the leak and it was fixed, but they said we are not concerned with damaging your ceiling. They also stepped through the drywall as well, never mentioned it. Tried calling Gene the owner for over a month with no return call. 🏃‍♂️ Was informed by a worker that use to work there and this is what she posted on the pic below for all to see on Facebook. Mr. Lucas and his company Hospitality Air is 1st Class. They went above and beyond during the purchase and installation work. Our HVAC was not working at the time, Mr. Lucas sent a representative with 2 stand up cooling units to assist my family and I, till his crew arrived with the new unit. I have a service agreement with this company, which I thought would ensure timely and reliable support. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. I called on Thursday (7/24) afternoon to schedule a tech to check our AC that had completely stopped working. I spoke with Laurie, who scheduled us for any time after 12pm on Friday—totally understandable that same-day service wasn’t possible given the timing of my call. But Friday (7/25) came, and by 12:30pm, I still hadn’t heard anything. When I called to check where we were on the technician's schedule, I was told that the tech had not shown up for work. When exactly were they planning to notify me? If I hadn't called, I never would have known. Laurie then offered to reschedule us for Monday (7/28) — completely unacceptable considering our
