You can tell they take pride in their work and stand behind what they do. It’s rare to find a company that are both professional and genuine, but they absolutely delivered. This is an outstanding company. Being without heat on one of the coldest days of the year was not exactly what I had planned for the day. And, unfortunately I did not discover heat was not working until late afternoon. I called Hot & Cold and certainly did not expect to have their technician show up that evening to diagnose the problem. Keith promptly determined the issue and the heat was working shortly thereafter. Their understanding of the need and their professionalism will have me call with all our HVAC needs.

Timely response to our walk-in freezer not working. Made repairs without much down time.

Don’t get scammed by this company. If you call them first thing they will ask you setup an account with your credit card. Once they have your credit card information they will charge you 3 times more than any other company. They will not tell you how much was your bill. When you call they will send the technician and he will tell you we have to order the parts and he will leave. Next time he will come with the parts and sit down in the car for 30 minutes. After that he will take 3 to 4 hours to fix the problem. That job could be done by 1 hour if you call someone other company. They are very slow trying to make some hours doing nothing. Shipping charge will be 80% higher than other people. I called them to fix my fryer they changed my credit card almost $700.00 that job could be done $350.
