Hot Tub Tony'z

I pretty much never leave a bad review, but I called for service this morning and this guy says he has my name down as a pompous ass in his phone and he won't do business with me. To be honest I dont remember ever calling him in the past, I dont think he ever came out to my house. He must have judged me from one phone interaction. Years ago and then put me on a list. I thought it was kind of hysterical that a grown man would act this way. If your going to do business with hot tub Tony make sure your on your best behavior, apparently he does not believe in second chances. Typically Im a great customer, I pay on time, I show up when Im supposed to and I leave tons of great reviews and I refer like crazy. But I am intolerant when a business owner acts unprofesional. Its really your loss Tony.

Tony is phenomenal – please read So it’s the coldest day of the year : -14 temp. Me not being that smart, didn’t realize that hot water evaporates when in very cold weather. My Jacuzzi was probably 5-7 inches low on water. My heaters are not working because it’s below the limit. I’m freaking out. I called the spa place where I bought it. No one is answering. It is a Friday at 1 o’clock. No one‘s answering. No message left on the recorder nothing. I find out Later that they closed due to the cold I call around and talk to a few places and they want to send a tech out in the next few days or So. I do not want my $10,000 investment going down the drain due to weather issues. I’m freaking out I reached out to a local guy instead of a corporate store, and I speak to Hot tubTony. In short, Ton

Fantastic service and excellent, courteous communication. Tony replaced a heat exchanger in a Hayward 250-series gas heater saving me about $3,000. He needed an additional part that was unforeseeable (and was Amazon’s fault), and Tony traveled to purchase the same for me so he’d be able to complete the job the same afternoon and get the heater repaired so it could dry out before winter. This is what old-fashioned work quality and customer service looks like. Thank you, again, Tony.

Came out same day, figured out the problem in minutes. Was fixed within an hour. Great service, excellent pricing. Very nice person, with excellent customer service skills. I'd definitely use him again and refer him for any Hot tub problems
