Jay came on time, fixed the water heater on the spot, just charged me a diagnosis fee. Before him, I had called another plumber who told me I needed a new hot water heater. Very pleased.

Don’t listen to the other reviews. I called this guy around 4pm and he came the next morning and did what he had to do. He fixed our boiler in minutes and explained to me where it went wrong, why, and how he’s gonna fix it super clearly. He then came back the next day to install a part that I noticed had failed prior to his visit. Super respectfully and knows what he’s doing as apposed to other companies that I had called and it was clear they were only trying to make a quick buck. Highly recommended! Water heater would not light. I tried several big-name repair services, they would not come unless it was to totally replace the water heater - a $1,500+ job! So I called Hot Water Repairs in the morning and repairman came same day. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. Price was what I expected, a fraction of replacement, and they give a one-year warrantee on their work. I plan to contact the company again when I'm ready to replace my heater.

We had the same problem as the other viewer. We called the company 11 times to be exact. Same guy, maybe the owner of the company, miraculously answered three of the calls with following excuses: first a claim department representative will call you back tomorrow around 9:00 AM, Second I have the claim information on my cell phone. Let me call you back. Finally I am busy at the moment call me back around 9:00 AM ( which I did that day two times 9:00 AM and 11:30 AM, no one answers). This guy sounded really friendly over the phone. But now we think of his friendliness, we are really disgusted by it. IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO PROCEED WITH THE WARRANTY, PLEASE DO NOT ANSWER YOUR CALLS OR JUST SIMPLY EXPLAIN TO THE CALLERS WHAT TOUR DEAL IS!!!! DO NOT FOOL CUSTOMERS BY GIVING THEM MISLEADING HO
