He explained what he would recommend and what it would cost over the phone; and backed it up with a simple written quote that covered all points. The price was very reasonable. The warranty is exceptional. He showed up right when he said he would. The installation and removal happened just as he said it would. I would definitely recommend him.

It was so refreshing to meet and hire a gentleman (David) to put in our tankless water heater. He was knowledgeable explaining how they work.
