Scott Muncy came out and took care of my septic system when I was experiencing a backup in my basement. He arrived quickly, was very informative, and explained every price before doing any work. Even though it was an unpleasant job, he handled it with a smile the entire time. Scott was extremely friendly, professional, and left my yard spotless when he was done. He also took the time to educate me on how to maintain my system properly—I didn’t even know I had a filter in my tank that needed cleaning!
