Hotel and Public Parking: LAZ Parking

Wrecked my car while I was parked there. Did not handle it professionally and I am still trying to get in touch with someone. It seems like they have me blocked now so I can’t call them. Insurance company is going to have to figure it all out. They dont stand behind what they said they woudk do so far.

Booked this location via ParkWhiz to park my vehicle while visiting Harry Potter Store on Michigan avenue, they don’t tell you that this location doesn’t accept self parking and allows only valet parking. There is a minimum $25 charge for valet parking. There is a better place to park just next door on 122 E Huron street, avoid this place if you want to avoid hefty valet bill

Please don’t park here. They are very rude and unprofessional. They scratched my car, and try to pretend nothing happened. Tried to contact them, but no response. Seems like it’s not their first time.

Used them for valet at Maple and ash. Their attendant, Juan STOLE medically licensed thc cartridge (due to cancer treatments) from the center console of the vehicle, and this can be proved through dash cam footage. I will never go back to maple and ash SOLELY because of this valet service that they employ, AND they ignore all negative feedback regarding this said valet service. Deflecting any accountability onto their third party valet. Only relaying to you that they have faith in this valet company that theyve employed for many years, and if you have grievance, to take it up with the valet company themselves. Completely unprofessional on Maple and Ash’s part.

They lost my keys. Super unprofessional customer service. DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE!!!
