These guys are amazing and actually care! From dissembling and reassembling full bedroom sets to letting my kids "help" in the move, the whole process was great. Moved in May 2025 from McKinney to Wylie, roughly 40 minutes apart. 4 bedroom with appliances got moved. The team of 4 showed up on time (always a good start) and were all friendly right from the start. Throughout the move they asked questions and moved seamlessly through the house doing various tasks. In under 3 hours, which included drive time, we were moved into our new house. These guys clearly know how to work together! Even with my 2 kids running around trying to help out. It made my kids day when the guys would give them small tasks like carrying couch cushions or small parts so they could be part of the move. At one point

Communication was clear, the process was smooth, and there were no surprises along the way. They worked efficiently and took a lot of stress off my wife and I for our moving day. Highly recommend Hotshots if you want a reliable, hassle-free moving experience. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

These guys are the best! They've moved both my home and work office several times each. They are fair priced and very good at what they do. The whole process was easy and smooth and I will continue to use them anytime I move! Highly Recommend!!

Tim and the team were excellent. Showed up on time and actually finished as quick as they estimated (and we had a lot of stuff!). They were careful with all our furniture and fragile boxes and moved some things around for us when we couldn’t decide where it should go. I’d recommend them every time

If you want to support aggressive drivers who think the road is their living room, this is your place. Nothing says “professional” like someone stopping dead in traffic, jumping out of the truck, and glaring at everyone else for daring to exist. If you enjoy chaos, shouting, and the thrill of wondering whether your side mirror will survive another day, five stars. Otherwise, maybe try literally anywhere else. Oh, don’t worry, they really take customer care to the next level by questioning your reading skills when you leave an honest review. And clearly, there’s no shortage of fake trailers proudly showing off their website right on the side.
