Let me start by saying before allowing them to touch my equipment to work on, they said they were confident it would be covered under warranty and they would just bill the manufacturer ( they have no contract with the manufacturer come to find out) They actually made my table worse and caused a clog in the hose rather than fixing it— and still charged me for their “service” and the parts they used which they actually ended up keeping. They actually charged for coming back to remove the parts they kept, and then Supposedly that was my “discount” when I shouldn’t have been charged for that to begin with. Never again.
