Houck

Houck construction is doing a “commercial job” as I was told by the safety manager on the Saint Clair School district building. While passing by the exact street of work, I ran over multiple nails in my tires of my new car. I parked and took pictures and even called the Houck safety manager directly. He was not helpful at all and told me I couldn’t prove it was from them due to others working on the building as well even though their equipment and vehicle were parked in the roadway. The manager told me if I could prove it was a screw they used he would pay for me to have my tire plugged. He was rude and had very little customer care or support for the lack of safety and cleanliness of the work site. I wouldn’t recommend using them if you want someone helpful and clean. Their employee tshirts all day “safety first” yet the few I’ve witnessed were not social distancing with patrons or wearing masks while inside a busy public place. What safety are they putting first?
