These people are scam artists. I doubt any positive review on here is legit. It has been a nightmare dealing with them -- they arrived two hours late for my deep clean so I had to leave the apt; they took my cash and did not clean! I was in awe. They refused to refund me (and my generous tip), so I tried booking a re-cleaning -- they kept confirming they'd come and cancelled every time right before they were supposed to arrive for 3 WEEKS. They also never replied to any emails. I think they cancelled or just didn't show up without cancelling 5 times altogether. Finally they sent someone who did a decent job because I was watching her. I thought this nightmare was over when they then CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD on file for an additional deep clean a month later out of the blue! So now I am tryin

House Cleaning Services Brooklyn Heights is the best cleaning team in the city. This is the best cleaning service I have ever used! They are so friendly and professional, it's hard to believe they aren't part of our family. Cleans my room perfectly. All in all a great experience.

These reviews must be fake. The clean was was not nearly good enough for 3 hours and $150 - also unfriendly. Look elsewhere
