We had such a great experience with this AC company! Our unit stopped cooling and it was getting HOT in the house. Storm came out on a Sunday to evaluate the issue and was so kind, professional, and thorough. Then Frank came out today to fix it and he was amazing — very efficient, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. Both of them were respectful, friendly, and got us back to cool air quickly. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend this company!

Tony was great today! I had my regular maintenance appointment today and he helped me understand my unit more and was very knowledgeable! He explained everything he did and what to expect at my next service. If I could request Tony each time, that would be awesome! This is the ONLY place to go for all of your air-conditioning needs. I love supporting smaller/family owned businesses! I want to thank the front desk ladies as they're always a pleasure as well, and Cam for taking my messages when I have questions 😀 Y'all are THE BEST!!!

Initial concern was addressed while installation was in progress. Carmen in the front office was great in working with my schedule and keeping me updated.Hvac tech Tony came out for my scheduled maintenance and was great! He was professional, answered questions and cleaned up after he left. Overall I am very satisfied with choosing House Comfort Solutions.

Tony was absolutely fantastic. We were dealing with what we thought was a major AC issue — the system had completely lost refrigerant and we were worried it was going to be a condenser or evaporator coil replacement. Tony took his time, pressure tested the system properly, and did not jump to conclusions. He methodically checked both the attic unit and the outdoor condenser, explained everything clearly, and ultimately found the issue at an outside fitting with a worn O-ring. Instead of recommending expensive unnecessary parts, he fixed the actual problem, resealed it, pressure tested again, vacuumed the system, and properly recharged it. He was thorough, honest, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. We really appreciated that he double-checked his diagnosis before moving forward and did
