Chuck in sales and the installation team did a good job installing a carpet runner in my daughter's home. The pattern required careful matching to accommodate the turn at the bottom 3 steps. It turned out to be beautiful and they receive many compliments. Also appreciate the sense of urgency to accommodate a very pregnant daughter who was so pleased to have the order prioritized so that it was installed before her due date. Would highly recommend!

Been looking at a new kitchen floor for years, but for one reason or another, it got delayed. When we were ready, Donnie was there to help. He came by to get measurements and nailed the color were looking for. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Great experience from quote to finish!!
