We had carpet installed December of 2025 by Kyler, and he was phenomenal. Not only are his customer service skills top notch, his installation work was just as impressive. He understood our “perfectionist” ways as he himself can be that way with the wit he does. And it shows! He was very communicative when he was on his way, would be in touch, keep us updated, etc. He was very patient and friendly even when our kids wanted to watch and “help” him. We HIGHLY recommend!! Even before the installation I had never been to carpet store and this was our first time having carpet installed. I was greeted by Tom and he was equally as friendly and accommodating. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with House of Carpets. Tom helped me pick carpeting that fit my needs and helped me navigate the process seamlessly. Early in my planning, I’d had measurements taken from one of the bigger places in town, and Tom suggested coming out to recheck his measurements/estimate. His measurements didn’t change and ended up being spot-on. The installer scheduled for my job, Nef, was just fantastic. He and his assistant exceeded my expectations and checked with me after each day to ensure everything looked good.
