Zack was very responsive for arranging appointments and punctual for inspection. I received quick and precise responses to questions I asked. Inspection was thorough and professional, covering all the critical areas with care and respect to the property owners/residents, who were absent during the inspection. Patiently explained all the details to us while inspecting the property. Report was concise and comprehensive, and delivered the following day. Some portion of the report, such as limitations, where the standard sentences are copied and pasted, was a little hard to read as there was no paragaraph breaks.
